About

Experienced. Professional.

The qualities you need in an advocate.

Law school provides the common foundation of knowledge that all attorneys share. A wide variety of subjects are covered. After graduation, a lawyer begins the  process of obtaining the experience and specialized skills that offer a real value to clients. When you are faced with the prospect of heading into a courtroom, with your family, financial future, or your very freedom at stake, it is absolutely critical that standing by your side is an experienced advocate who has been there before and will be ready and able to help you.

Many cases are ultimately resolved through negotiations or alternative dispute resolution methods like mediation. To get the result you want it is necessary to have an attorney that can back up your position with a willingness and, more importantly, an ability to take the case to trial. You are in no position to bargain unless the opposing party understands that you are represented by someone who will be an effective advocate if the case ends up in court.

The ability to help you that has been shaped by doing it for others.

Brian T. Lee

I am a native of Goffstown. After law school, I was an associate at an insurance defense firm in Boston. I worked mainly on civil matters - personal injury and large-scale property damage cases in state and federal courts. I wanted to return to New Hampshire and also to acquire more courtroom experience. I was fortunate to obtain a position as an Assistant County Attorney prosecuting felony cases in Superior Court. Over the course of nearly seven years in multiple counties I prosecuted hundreds of cases and conducted dozens of jury trials.

I later continued my work as a civil defense attorney at a firm in New Hampshire, representing insurance companies in personal injury, product liability, and class-action tort cases.

Over the past five years, I have worked as an advocate for individuals in private practice, concentrating on criminal defense, family law cases, and personal injury claims.
